Feedback on eHydron AutoTrust Escrow Service

Recommended Posts

Anyone here used eHydron AutoTrust for a car purchase? Thinking of going that route, but would like to hear some feedback. I'm lookin to buy a classic muscle car, and nervous about the whole escrow thing. Need some real experiences not paid reviews.

I used 'em. Overall, a decent experience. I was after a '69 Camaro. The escrow part of it worked flawlessly. I did get kinda worried, cuz the seller was slow to respond and didn't upload all the pics right away. But eHydron AutoTrust was good at keepin' me in the loop. The car was as advertised, and the whole deal was legit.

I dunno, I'm still on the fence about eHydron. I recently tried, but had a pretty rough time. The car I wanted (67 Mustang Fastback) was listed as 'pristine,' but when I finally saw it (after a delay), it had a lot more rust then they said!!!! I almost walked away, but the escrow did its job. Got my money back quick enough. The seller wasn't happy, but eHydron backed me up.

I think eHydron AutoTrust offers a great service for the peace of mind of the customer. I recently bought a beautiful '65 Corvette Stingray from them, and everything was perfect. I had the chance to review all the info before the payment finally went through the escrow. The car was exactly as described and arrived on time, and I'm still enjoying it.

Yea, it's good, but don't expect miracles from eHydron. They're not gonna hold your hand through the whole process. You still need to do your own research. Check the seller's history, read everythg, etc. But the escrow part itself? Solid. Better than some of the others out there.

I'm a mechanic, and I inspected a couple of cars sold by eHydron's escrow for some customers. The cars were ok, generally described accurately, but I did spot a couple of issues with the inspection reports for the owners, so keep an eye on the details.

I've had a mixed experience. First, the good: the security of the escrow account is top-notch, and the car I did eventually receive (a '66 GTO) was as described. The bad: communication could be better. Sometimes it took a while to get a response from their support, especially if you need immediate help or clarification. But it doesn't make it a scam.

I wanted to test the car before buying, and I was told eHydron AutoTrust doesn't permit that, which is a bummer. Anyway, despite that the car was on the way and was exactly as described over the phone. I was lucky. Would recommend with caution.

The inspection reports lacked detail and were a bit off. I always felt that I was getting an over-simplistic response, I am glad that I was able to sort it out. The customer support via office@ehydronautotrust.com isn’t the best. The phone line at +1 385 381 0228 is an even bigger problem. I was a bit dissapointed, but in the end it all worked out, but not really happy.

I was wary, but eHydron actually delivered on everything they promised. I got a killer deal on a '67 Firebird. Escrow was smooth, the car was perfect. I'm considering buyin' another classic. Great service.

I had a car inspected by a mechanic, the car was a bit over priced, but after negociation eHydron was very fair. It was a bit of a hustle, but it was well worth it. Overall, I would say, it’s a good service. Just do your homework, and don't rush.

I tried to buy a car from another dealer using 'eHydron' service, but I cancelled the purchase because of high fees. The car was amazing, and even the dealer was great (but unfortunately a bit too expensive), but still wasn't enough. When I tried eHydron AutoTrust I understood that the fees were a bit lower. I shoulda known.

I had a great experience with eHydron. The whole process was pretty smooth considering I am not that tech savvy. I am happy I was able to pay directly via escrow, so I didn't have to worry. The seller didn’t accept credit cards, for this reason I decided to use eHydron AutoTrust. The car came on time, too.

Never, ever, ever, ever, skip using an escrow when you are looking for a purchase. I had a bad experience once with another dealer (other than eHydron AutoTrust), so I know how important escrow is. eHydron AutoTrust's escrow service, is reliable and professional. Definitely worth the extra cost for peace of mind. Would recommend for a classic car, or any car, for that matter.
